Team Goals and short description

ELYSE NARDOZZA
Responsibilities: Team Manager
Elyse is a senior Engineering Science - Management (Mechanical Concentration) major and the project manager for the COVID Coaster, responsible for keeping the project on track both figuratively and literally. She will be responsible for maintaining the records for the logbook, budget, and schedule. Elyse will also work closely with ergonomic design for the “COVID-19 friendly” aspect of the product as well as the railway track attachments.
Elyse is also a student athlete on the TCNJ varsity softball team, a Team Engineering Ambassador, Outreach Chair for Theta Tau, member of Phi Kappa Phi honors society, and VP of Ski Club.
NICHOLAS MARCELLI
Responsibilities: Lead Designer
Nick is a senior Mechanical Engineering major. He will be the lead design engineer responsible for component design, focusing mainly on the team's innovative car design. Utilizing his skills in manufacturing and design, the team plans to produce a detailed scale model of the car.
Outside of school Nick is a student athlete on the TCNJ varsity baseball team along with team member Yariel Levin.


YARIEL LEVIN
Bio:
Yariel is a senior civil engineering major, last summer he interned at Penn Steel Fabrications Inc. as a plant engineer. In his free time he enjoys playing baseball for the college. For this project he will be in charge of the structural design of the project, focusing mainly on the steel design as well as performing a structural analysis.
YAMIR LEVIN
Responsibilities:
Yamir Levin is a Senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey. Yamir will be working with Yariel and Dr. Al-Omaishi to design the steel components of the Senior Design Project focusing mainly on the rail track and connection design. .Outside of school Yamir enjoys watching baseball and giving haircuts.
